How do I know what storage size unit I need?
Our staff will help to guide you on this matter. Our units have an 8ft ceiling height and we have a few tips on our product price page.
Are my goods insured?
No you need to have your goods insured under your house insurance or other policy.
When can I access my unit?
Your unit can be accessed at any time during our business hours and outside this by agreement with management.
What ID do I need with me to rent my unit?
To sign a contract we require current driver’s license/ passport along with a current utility bill. See T&C Details (below).
Do you sell/supply locks and packaging?
We have locks for sale and some packaging supplies available.
How do I pay for this service?
Direct Debit payment to our bank is preferred; however this may not apply to short term contracts.
Can I access my storage unit outside of regular business hours?
Yes, we offer flexible access hours so you can retrieve or store items when it suits your schedule.
What sizes of storage units are available?
We provide a range of unit sizes from small lockers to large rooms, accommodating everything from personal items to trade equipment.
Our facility features 24/7 CCTV surveillance, secure gated access, and individual unit alarms to keep your belongings safe.
Are there any restrictions on what I can store?
We do not allow hazardous materials or perishable goods, but otherwise, our units can accommodate a wide variety of household and business items.
